THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FOR THE NEW ONLINE DUES PAYMENT SYSTEM - LIVE AS OF AUGUST 1, 2010:

Prior to going to the Web site, decide if you want to pay by credit card or by debiting your checking or savings account (please be advised some banks do not allow direct debits (ACH) to Money Market or NOW accounts because of the limited number of transactions per month/quarterly). Have the credit card or bank account information ready when you go to the Web site.

1) Go to the IBEW # 134 Web site http://www.local134.com Click the "PAY DUES ONLINE" button.

2) Enter your Union Card # as your User Name. Your Card Number is seven characters long. Some start with a letter – A or D – others are all numeric. Your password for the first login is your last name and the last four digits of your social security number (with no spaces).

3) The welcome screen will indicate "You need to change your password." To do so click "Change Password" at the top left of the screen and follow the instructions. Your new Password must be at least eight characters long and include at least two letters and two numbers.

4) Once your Password is changed, you have FOUR options on the menu at the top left of the screen where you see "Choose Action:", Select the appropriate option and follow the instructions on the screen.

5) When you select "Pay Dues Online", you will see a summary of all charges pending with Local 134. Certain amounts cannot be changed. 

a.   Once you select what items you are paying, select "Pay with Credit Card" or "Pay with Check". Follow the instructions on each screen.

b.   A direct charge to your checking or savings account includes a fee of $2.00 per quarter of dues paid (i.e., if you pay two quarters of dues, the fee is $4.00). A credit card payment includes a fee of $7.00 per quarter of dues paid (i.e., if you pay two quarters of dues, the fee is $14.00).

c.   Logout if you do not want to pay the fee and pay your dues by mailing a check or visiting the Dues Window at the Union Hall.

d.   When your payment is complete, you will see a printable screen with a Transaction # and the last digits of the account you used. You will also receive an e-mail with this same information.

6) Selecting "Personal Information" will give you an opportunity to update your address, telephone and e-mail address. Type in any changes and click "Submit Changes".

7) "Change password" allows you to change your password at any time. If the system indicates "You need to change your password." This is the option you will use.

8) Selecting "Log out" ends your session in this system.
